1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the bt444 platform available at bt444.io (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and bt444 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Your continued use of the bt444 Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. bt444 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your own records.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bt444 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bt444 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bt444, nor an immediate family member or household member of such an individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bt444 Platform or had your account closed by bt444 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that bt444 has designated as a restricted territory. bt444 reserves the right to update its list of restricted territories at any time without prior notice.

By registering an account on bt444, you warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed above. bt444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of bt444 services, you must complete the registration process via the bt444 Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bt444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bt444 may use automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended or closed without notice. Any winnings or bonuses accrued through a duplicate account may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bt444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bt444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your bt444 account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bt444 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bt444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with international standards for anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming. Before processing any withdrawal, bt444 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National ID (NID) card or valid passport (proof of identity and age)
• Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days (proof of address)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits (proof of payment method)

bt444 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bt444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies on international gambling transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bt444 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. bt444 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your bt444 wallet instantly for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected, subject to banking hours in Bangladesh.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same bt444 account, or to a verified account in the player's name. bt444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule in Bangladesh.

bt444 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bt444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any currency conversion required for international payment methods will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and bt444 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bt444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. bt444 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions without prior notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bt444 actively monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); withdrawing bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures; or any other conduct that bt444 reasonably determines to constitute an exploitation of promotional offers.

Where bonus abuse is detected, bt444 reserves the right to void all associated bets and bonus winnings, remove the bonus balance from the account, and close the account permanently.

5.4 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

bt444 may run special promotions during BPL season, IPL season, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions will be governed by their own specific terms in addition to these General Terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bt444 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bt444 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the outcome was known at the time of placement (late bets). bt444 also reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void any bets placed at incorrectly quoted odds.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on bt444 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. bt444 does not control or influence game outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is displayed within the game's information panel. Players acknowledge that the house edge means that, over time, the expected return for the player is less than the total amount wagered.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection during a game round, bt444's system will complete the round according to the pre-determined RNG outcome. bt444 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while using the platform.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities on the bt444 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by bt444 at any time, including for individual player accounts where risk management requires it.

7 Responsible Gaming

bt444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above — it is not a financial product, investment vehicle, or income source.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their bt444 account settings at any time:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening more than one bt444 account, whether under the same or a different name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event available on bt444.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used by the bt444 Platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your bt444 account or bt444 login credentials to another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes on transactions that were legitimately authorised by you.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bt444 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout — is the property of bt444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bt444 Platform without our prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bt444 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or network errors outside bt444's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings due to disconnection during a game round caused by the player's internet connection.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your bt444 account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game information resulting from a technical error, where bt444 has exercised reasonable care to prevent such errors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bt444's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bt444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Closure by bt444

bt444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if bt444 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration or KYC, or if bt444 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bt444 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including real-money funds, pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bt444 will notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the notification. bt444 reserves the right to close dormant accounts after giving reasonable notice to the registered email address on file.

12 Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

bt444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bt444 will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. Your continued use of the bt444 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Governing Law

bt444 operates under international offshore licensing. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt444's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.

Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are solely responsible for assessing and complying with any local laws that may apply to their use of the bt444 Platform. bt444 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bt444 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
